Digital Creativity Workshop - Day 3, making animations

Today was focussed on building digital animations on the theme 'disappear'.

A range of ideas were presented and children had lots of fun experimenting and letting their imagination run wild. Here is just a selection of what children produced on the day:

Digital Creativity Workshop - Day 1

Day 1 of the Digital Creativity Workshop is over, and the participants who travelled quite some distance to be here today, some from as far away as Devon, had a wonderful time exploring digital video production.

Click on each image to see a larger version.

Tomorrow, we will head towards Churt, and Sundial House to take part in some outdoor activities, including tennis, cricket, rounders, trampolining, golf, horse jumping (!)

Written and performed by Amy, Jessica, Amie, Daniel and Dominic at Stepping Stones School. These students were studying similes in Literacy, and took photographs from around the school site, and used descriptive language to describe what they saw. This video was produced using iMovie.

2006 ICT Summer Workshops - Park Rescue

In are summer workshop we been doing steps into Animation. We tried to use I can Animate but it did not, so we used iStop Motion. We had to do music nine times to get right so that it would match the film. We enjoyed making the Animation.
