My video is the story of the daily life of a book
and how it is taken in and out of the shelf as well as being read. This film was made using a digital video camera. The criteria was that it be a minute long and about the life of an every day item.
A Day in the Life of a Pen
This is my movie that i did in art. It was based on A day in the life of a pen.
We had an object and my object was a pen my movie had to be 1 minute long.
The hardest part was getting the pen rolling on to the floor. The easy part was getting the video into the pencil case.

This is a movie of the day in the life of a pencil case. We were asked to do this in art. Jonathan my I.C.T teacher has helped me to put this on the website. This film has to be exactly 1 minute long. To do this I had to cut things out of the movie and put things back in to the movie. Amy stars in the film.

Pupils talk about their work at the Be Very Afraid II event in December 2005
This film is one of several produced by Illumina for Heppell.net following the successful Be Very Afraid II event held on 14th December 2005.
A film crew captured the extraordinary creativity that was on display throughout the day. A DVD and website has been produced containing photographs and the entire set of clips from all the schools and pupils - this will be available to all those who participated very soon. The video below is very much an early preview of what you will find on the DVD.
Listen to what our pupils said about the work they were showcasing.
Jonathan was asked to describe Stepping Stones and what the pupils were doing...

Trampolining at the HemiHelp Activity Day 2004
Another popular activity is trampolining. As you can see, the activity is very safe with netting and soft matts around the outer edges.
The HemiHelp activity team, invite children to request what activities they would like to participate in on the day. Although the team do their very best to meet all the children's requests, sometimes, due to demand for certain activities, this isn't always possible.
